Back on the farm now, after a wild and busy weekend of shows -- on my birthday!
Saturday I made my triumphant return to Bonanzaville in West Fargo for two big shows, and I was blazing hot (everybody was blazing hot -- if was 95 degrees in Fargo that day). I wowed the crowd with "Big Hay Spender," "Super Cattle Growth Hormone," and "Pants in the Closet," and they loved me!
Sunday (my birthday) I had a big show in Jamestown at Frontier Village, where the big Buffalo is. They have a nice outdoor stage there, and people gathered to watch my big hit rock concert. What a crowd! I took requests, posed for pictures, and everyone had a great time. Special thanks to Biff and Claudine, two of my biggest fans, for their help after the concert. Biff helped load sound equipment in the pickup, and Claudine worked crowd control.
All the wheat is harvested, and we can wait a while for the corn and sunflowers. That's a good thing, because after all these concerts, I am one tired German from Russia.
Two concerts in Bismarck later this week, but first? Birthday cake! Emma made a German chocolate one! Yum!
